So I ordered a saint laurent hoodie.
Paid $126 for duties/customs.
Hoodie drawstring was defective so I returned it and asked for an exchange for a new, non defective one.
Paid $86 in customs and duties the 2nd time.
They sent me back the exact same defective hoodie.
Asked for a refund on the $86 duties and customs as well as I could not get it back from fed ex, neither could I get it back for the initial $126.
They just keep linking me back to fed ex lol. Useless.
For a luxury boutique, customer service was lacking.
My order took three days to fulfil and took two weeks in attempting delivery, which in my opinion is far too long for luxury goods. Unfortunately this delivery resulted in the shoes I had ordered for my holiday, not arriving on time or ever! My initial email to customer service took three days to answers. The customer service advisor offered no regret for missing my holiday and gave me further details about picking up my parcel from a secure location, which had been absent previously. Unfortunately, I was away, so got a colleague to attend to this, sadly the details were incorrect. Yet again, it took customer service two days to answer my email, yet again no regret about giving incorrect information. I decided to cancel the order as a result of the shoes never turning up and customer service offering no regret. When I complained about the attitude of the customer service person, once again I was offered with no regret or an apology. I will not be shopping here again and can see from other reviews, customer service need some training!

Amazing experience. Trainers were shipped out immediately and made it across the pond in the time promised. Definitely doing more shopping at END.
Completely satisfied with my purchase. On time and in excellent condition.
Been shopping online with END for a few years and have always been satisfied with my purchases and international delivery is always so fast. I almost always got my order delivered within the week. However, there is some connection issue with my phone app, maybe technical team could look into it.
Still haven’t received my package or tracking the tracking sent to me is blank
size on Birkenstocks is different (even looking at the chart) had to send it back from the US and paid $45 to ship it back. I'm getting some money back but basically lost a lot of money. Also, the package took more than 2 weeks to get here.
Excellent sneakers but I was terribly disappointed to pay a tax, duties and brokerage bill amounting to 40% of the total price I paid. I don’t know why my purchase didn’t have VAT deducted which would’ve softened the blow. For that reason I won’t be buying from this vendor in future. It will be cheaper and faster for me to buy in my own country.
I would love to rate a 5-star on my experience with END! Just a small room of improvement in the topic of raffling of new sneakers (especially Nike dunks) or other limited collaborations. A known fact that buyers with bots been spamming and winning each of this raffle draw. It will be appreciated if END can allocate differently to ensure that every customer gets a fair chance
END. customer service not great. Had issue with DPD and misleading delivery date - advised they would get back to me with resolution, then didn’t get back to me.
Once finally delivered, I discover item is being sold at a cheaper price on its own website, looked at price match policy (which says they price match competitors) and was told they wouldn’t be able to price match items on their own website!
Was told only way to refund the difference would be to return it and re-order - a complete waste of everyone’s time, not really reducing risk of contact during Covid, and just so clearly a move to make fulfilling my request difficult.
Customer service agent subsequently didn’t go out of his way to help. Shame really.
Score reflects a complete lack of customer care or discretion sadly.
I won the draw, but the order was canceled soon.
